How can I check my order status?

What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimums are based on the item being purchased. For example, candy bars have a minumum quantity of 24 bars.

What chocolate bar sizes are available?
We currently offer only the regular 1.55oz bar. Please call us for any special requests.

What are the prices?
Please see product pages for specific item prices.

Do you collect sales tax?
Only orders purchased in California are charged a 7.75% sales tax.

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Credit card information is collected over an encrypted server, the highest standard in internet security.

Can I order wrappers only and wrap the bars by myself?
Yes, you may order wrappers without the chocolate bars. The personalized wrappers are shipped with detailed wrapping instructions. All you need is a glue stick or double sided tape.

Do you have Assorted Miniatures bar wrapper designs available?
Yes, most wrapper designs have the option of selecting either 1.55oz bars or the Miniature bars.

Can you create a custom designed wrapper?
Yes. We can work with you to create a unique personalized wrapper for a small design fee. Please just contact the Cute Storks & More team at (949) 716-7867 or email

Do you send a proof of my personalized wrapper?
To speed up the processing time we do not send a proof. Upon request, we can send a proof of you design for $10. Every wrapper is carefully inspected for correctness and quality.

What is your cancellation policy?
If an order is cancelled immediately, there is no cancellation fee.
If an order is cancelled after work has begun, but before printing, there is a $10 cancellation fee.
If an order is cancelled after printing, only shipping charges can be refunded.
If an order is shipped, there is no cancellation.

What is your refund policy?
Personalized products can't be returned for a refund. If an error is made on our behalf, we will promptly replace your order. If you make an error on your order, we can normally replace your order at a discount. Please contact us as soon as possible, so that we can correct any errors.

In the event that an order comes damaged, keep the original box and packaging, and notify us within 3 business days.

We can't refund orders that melt. Please request overnight shipping if personalized chocolates are shipped during warm weather.

Your privacy is taken very seriously! We never send unsolicited emails. We never sell your personal information.
